The key to working out for me a trifecta of things. The first is good shoes (i’ve had 2 knee surgeries so this is a big one), comfy workout clothes (nothing that rides up, falls down, or totally looses it shape during the workout), and lastly… a great playlist! I like to rotate my music often so I don’t get bored while out on a run or doing cardio a the gym. Here’s a look at 10 of my current favorite workout tunes:
